Summary: Aggregate profiling should not use zend_hash
Description:
> xdebug.profiler_aggregate=1

This is the problem. It uses a Zend hash that adds up its internal memory
to memory_limit as well. For top it (of course) it should show more
memory, but it would be good to avoid the zend_hash overhead here.
