Summary: Using the source command with an invalid filename returns unexpected result
Description:
If I use the dbgp "source" with an invalid filename (the file does not
exist for example), instead returning a response tag with the same
transaction_id as the command, I get the xdebug callstack return as a
stdout stream (as well as to the browser), and a response tag with empty
"command" and "transaction_id" attributes.
