Summary: Summary not written when script ended with "exit()"
Description:
When you end your script with exit() xdebug doesn't write
the summary line in the profile output file

This is an interesting one as "exit" really terminates the script right
away. I will need to overload this opcode in the Zend engine if I want to
fix this. That is not a trivial thing unfortunately.
